M&A-COACH
To sell your company successfully, it makes sense to do an early pre-deal check. It is best to start at least two or three years before the sale with me to identify potential pitfalls that could disrupt the subsequent sales process. This way, we can identify barriers in advance, without the pressure of an ongoing sales process. This increases the chance to achieve your goals later on quickly and without price reductions or extensive contract guarantees.
